Medically Licensed Clinic in Singapore with Ministry of Health
Located across Singapore’s established medical and wellness locations, Chi Longevity takes an assessment-led approach to healthy aging – combining rigorous clinical assessment with personalized intervention. The clinic was founded by Professor Andrea Maier, a geroscientist and clinician specializing in healthy aging, alongside Lindsay Cooper and Craig McGee, and draws on multidisciplinary expertise to help clients understand their biological age and build a proactive strategy around it.
Chi Longevity translates the science of aging into practical, individualized plans for extending healthspan. By integrating biological, cognitive and lifestyle data, the team builds a detailed picture of each person’s current health patterns over time, shifting the focus from a reactive approach to supporting vitality, resilience and independence over time.
At Chi Longevity, each program begins with comprehensive medical assessment and expert clinical guidance. Advanced testing, targeted medical interventions and structured lifestyle support are combined to give clients the information they need to make meaningful decisions about their long-term health.
Chi Longevity’s team includes physicians, dietitians, psychologists, cognitive training specialists and health coaches, working together to assess key health markers across biological, clinical and digital phenotyping – alongside cognitive function, metabolic profile and stress response.
The clinic operates across three locations: Camden Medical Centre, the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, and a dedicated cognitive and physical testing and training facility at Sparkd by Chi Longevity. Each environment is designed for privacy and personalized care, bringing evidence-based medicine together with the conditions people need to take genuine steps toward long-term health.

Results are reviewed by the clinical team to inform precision-led interventions, programs and measurable health strategies. |
Physical evaluations covering cardiovascular health, respiratory function, body composition and function. These tests include cardiovascular fitness (VO₂ max and vascular analyses, respiratory function (lung function), body composition and function (multi-segment impedance analysis and grip strength).
Conducted at Sparkd by Chi Longevity – a cognitive and physical training center. Assessments examining attention, memory, processing speed, executive function and physical and cognitive integration are validated through cognitive and functional tests including dual-task training.
These insights highlight strengths and areas for improvement, guiding strategies to maintain clarity, focus and long-term cognitive resilience bridging the gap between assessment and real-world cognitive enhancement.
Clients are supported through personalized appointments with physicians, dietitians and psychologists. These sessions focus on understanding health goals, interpreting results and offering evidence-based recommendations. Guided by Chi’s multidisciplinary team, consultations ensure care is integrated across biological, lifestyle and psychological factors, enabling informed next steps for healthy aging.
Clients receive secure online access to detailed reports and a personalized action plan developed by relevant practitioners. These combine clinical, nutritional, psychological, cognitive and lifestyle guidance to support informed choices. Where appropriate, follow-up reviews may be scheduled to refine recommendations and ensure strategies remain aligned with individual goals.
Chi Longevity’s physicians, dietitians, psychologists and health coaches provide personalized strategies across nutrition, sleep, exercise and stress management. This integrated support helps clients translate assessment insights into sustainable lifestyle changes, enabling healthier routines that strengthen resilience and promote long-term wellbeing.
Chi Longevity provides three flagship healthy longevity programs, each tailored to different stages of the client’s journey:
Vital Start
An introductory health optimization program that establishes a clear baseline and personalized plan for improving energy, resilience and long-term wellbeing. Ideal for those beginning their healthy aging path, it includes key assessments and evidence-based guidance to support immediate lifestyle optimization.
Momentum
Building on Vital Start, this expanded offering adds a deeper evaluation of biological, functional, digital and psychosocial markers. Momentum enables a stronger understanding of biological aging and informs more refined intervention strategies.
Pinnacle
Chi Longevity’s most comprehensive program: all Momentum components, plus a repeat of all assessments after six months. This enables monitoring of biological age change, reassessment of personalized plans and optimization of long-term outcomes. The Pinnacle Programme lasts approximately 10 months and includes regular progress tracking.
Chi Longevity also offers a range of specialized programs that are designed to support targeted health needs.
These programs are developed by Chi’s expert medical team to align with client’s specific health goals. Whether addressing a particular concern or optimising long-term wellbeing, Chi’s customized approach ensures flexibility, personalization and evidence-based care.

Chi Longevity promotes a model of precision-led longevity medicine that focuses on healthspan rather than just increasing lifespan, supporting physical, cognitive and mental function so individuals can remain independent and active for longer. The goal is healthy longevity: maintaining health, vitality and independence over time by supporting the function of key organs and biological systems as people age. Using evidence-based assessments, the clinic aims to provide a clear picture of how the body is functioning today and guide practical next steps for healthy aging.
Chi Longevity challenges the traditional reactive model of medicine, which waits until symptoms and diseases occur. Its programs are based on The Maier Method, the clinic’s signature approach developed by co-founder Professor Andrea Maier. With this evidence-based approach, the clinic seeks to obtain a complete view of each individual’s biology, assess how the body is performing in the present, and determine current biological age. According to Professor Maier: “That is exactly why we created The Maier Method. The narrative of passive aging ends today.” The method maps unique biology and examines how biological systems interact in order to identify potential future decline and opportunities for early improvements in vitality.
Furthermore, Chi Longevity places strong emphasis on providing the right support for its patients and ensuring continuity in the team members clients work with, in order to achieve the best results and client experience. The first step in the process is an initial exploration call, designed to understand a client’s goals and discuss potential program pathways. From the beginning, each step of the process is clearly explained to ensure a smooth experience. Throughout the program, clients are supported by a consistent multidisciplinary team who oversee the journey and provide continuity across assessments and follow-up, ensuring that participants continue to work with the same team during their program.
