Key services

Advanced Clinical and Laboratory Diagnostics

Laboratory investigations include comprehensive blood panels, epigenetic and genome testing, gut microbiome profiling and inflammation markers. These diagnostics provide a detailed picture of health status, underlying risk factors and biological ageing. Results are reviewed by the clinical team to inform precision-led interventions, programmes and measurable health strategies.

Comprehensive Physical Assessments

Physical evaluations covering cardiovascular health, respiratory function, body composition and function. These tests include Cardiovascular fitness (VO2max and vascular analyses, respiratory function (lung function), body composition and function (multi-segment impedance analysis and grip strength).

Cognition and Brain Performance Testing

Assessments examining attention, memory, processing speed, executive function and physical and cognitive integration through validated cognitive and functional tests including dual-task training. These insights highlight strengths and areas for improvement, guiding strategies to maintain clarity, focus and long-term cognitive resilience bridging the gap between diagnostics and real-world cognitive enhancement.

Multidisciplinary Clinical Consultations

Clients are supported through personalised appointments with physicians, dietitians and psychologists. These sessions focus on understanding health goals, interpreting results and offering evidence-based recommendations. Guided by our multidisciplinary team, consultations ensure care is integrated across biological, lifestyle and psychological factors, enabling informed next steps for healthy ageing.

Personalised Reporting and Action Plans

Clients receive secure online access to detailed reports and a personalised action plan developed by relevant practitioners. These combine clinical, nutritional, psychological, cognitive and lifestyle guidance to support informed choices. Where appropriate, follow-up reviews may be scheduled to refine recommendations and ensure strategies remain aligned with individual goals.

Lifestyle and Behavioural Guidance

Our physicians, dietitians, psychologists and health coaches provide personalised strategies across nutrition, sleep, exercise and stress management. This integrated support helps clients translate assessment insights into sustainable lifestyle changes, enabling healthier routines that strengthen resilience and promote long-term wellbeing.
