Clinical team

Megan C
Megan C
Founder & CEO
Megan C is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Longevity Clinic by Medkos in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Her journey into the field of longevity medicine began in 2012, when her father suffered a major heart attack and required a stent to address 90% blocked arteries—an event that opened her eyes to the limitations of late-stage treatment and the promise of root-cause, preventive approaches in health. Inspired by her father’s recovery through functional medicine interventions (improved nutrition, diagnostics and therapy) and seeing his transformation, she resolved to build a clinic focused on proactive ageing, preventive care and vitality rather than simply disease management. Under her leadership, the clinic positions itself as Malaysia’s first longevity-clinic of its kind, partnering with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) and offering advanced diagnostics, personalized health programmes and a mission of “Live Longer, Live Better.”
Dr. Andes Lai
Dr. Andes Lai
Co-Founder & Group Medical Director
Dr. Andes Lai serves as Co-Founder and Group Medical Director of the Longevity Clinic by Medkos. Her interest in preventive and longevity medicine was born from witnessing her mother’s and grandmother’s struggles with diabetes—her grandmother died of complications from an unhealing burn wound, and her mother’s early onset of insulin-dependent diabetes made her acutely aware of the need for early intervention. Over more than two decades she has adopted and promoted a lifestyle of disciplined diet (low-carb, low-GI) and exercise as a way to alter her health trajectory and avoid the fate of her family. She now applies those principles in her medical practice, emphasising that while genes may set the stage, lifestyle writes the script. Under her medical leadership, the clinic focuses on functional and longevity medicine, aiming to delay ageing and prevent chronic disease by integrating advanced diagnostics, personalised care and evidence-based lifestyle interventions.
Dr. Key Ng
Dr. Key Ng
MedTech Development Lead & Longevity Doctor
Dr. Key Ng is an IFM-qualified Longevity Doctor at Longevity Clinic by Medkos in Petaling Jaya. Having graduated from the International Medical University (IMU), he further completed the Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP) training offered by the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), a globally recognised course in systems-based, root-cause oriented medical care. With over eight years of clinical experience, Dr. Ng focuses on helping patients achieve lasting health by identifying and addressing underlying imbalances in areas such as gut health, hormonal regulation, metabolic function, and chronic inflammation—rather than simply managing symptoms. At the clinic, he works closely with individuals to create personalised health plans grounded in nutrition, lifestyle optimisation, advanced testing and early intervention, with the aim of empowering patients toward vitality, resilience and sustainable well-being.

Service Structure & Approach

The clinic’s flagship offering is the “Longevity Blueprint”, described as a precise, dynamic, and comprehensive age intervention solution. The concept emphasises that everyone ages differently, so the clinic takes a science-backed approach: combining advanced diagnostics, ultra-personalised solutions, lifelong doctor care, and measurable outcomes.

Diagnostics & Assessment

A core element is the advanced diagnostic protocol called the 5D Longevity LifeClock, which captures the multiple dimensions of aging and physical performance by combining DNA/epigenetic analysis, functional biomarkers, microbiome analysis, and medical body composition analysis (mBCA). This means the clinic assesses biological age, health risks, and aging trajectory, going beyond mere calendar age.

Additionally, the clinic’s “Programs” listing includes advanced diagnostics such as biological age testing, free radical level tests, microbiome analysis, body composition scans, and other functional biomarkers. The diagnostics underpin the personalised intervention plans.

Intervention & Treatment Domains

The clinic describes its intervention framework as the “Longevity Four Aging Interventions”:

  • Ultra-personalised nutritional strategies

  • Evidence-based lifestyle modifications

  • Advanced medical technologies

  • Innovative regenerative interventions.

The “Programs” page further details these under three broad categories:

Medical Technology Intervention – including technologies such as:
-Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) to deliver pure oxygen at elevated pressure to enhance cellular regeneration.
-EECP (Enhanced External Counterpulsation), termed as “Medkos Flow Therapy” for cardiovascular improvement.
-Medical-grade body composition analysis (Seca mBCA Ultra) to provide accurate, comprehensive body composition insights.
-Christie VeinViewer Flex (NIR technology) for improved venous access and first-stick success.
-Automated infusion systems for precise nutrient infusion therapy.

Nutritional Intervention – services include:
-One Formula personalised supplement solutions for longevity and disease prevention.
Organ-system targeted formulations (Medkos Health Formula, 3 Steps to Health, MetaBalance, Regenerative Series).
-Functional food plans: ultra-personalised food strategies which treat food as a therapeutic tool for chronic condition management and health optimisation.

Lifestyle Intervention – focusing on root-cause lifestyle care:
-Personalized exercise plans tailored to the individual’s biology, goals, and body composition results.
-Toxin exposure guides: educating and helping clients reduce exposure to environmental toxins (air, water, packaging, industrial emissions).
-Stress management programs: addressing the health impact of chronic stress (particularly relevant in aging contexts).
-Sleep hygiene interventions: delve into causes of poor sleep and provide actionable steps to improve restorative sleep and healing.
-Healthy Aging Community: support via a community of peers and ongoing engagement to help reinforce behaviours and outlooks.

Regenerative Intervention – targeted at tissue repair and aging reversal:
-Cell therapy (“Medkos Cell Therapy”): described as a regenerative modality with the potential to repair tissue, renew function, and reverse biological ageing from within.

Follow-Up & Monitoring

The clinic emphasizes lifelong care and measurable outcomes. Following the initial assessment and intervention, clients receive continuous monitoring via their proprietary mobile app (Precision Monitoring Technology), allowing tracking of aging markers and health progress. They also offer doctor care follow-up, including private medical support groups, quarterly reviews, and ongoing monitoring.

Unique Features & Technology

Several distinct features stand out:

  • The clinic was recognised by the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), USA, as the first IFM-recognised longevity clinic in Malaysia.

  • The use of the VeinViewer Flex ensures a virtually 100 % first‐stick success rate for venous access.

  • Emphasis on biological age vs chronological age, and the idea of “ageing is not decline, but an opportunity to thrive.”

Service Workflow

The clinic describes a step-by-step client journey:
1) initial consultation & reports
2) doctor consultation & analysis
3) advanced diagnostics
4) lifestyle & body assessment
5) intervention
6) ultra-personalised treatment plan
7) measurable outcomes via mobile app
8) membership (ongoing reassessments & benefits)
9) lifelong doctor care follow-up.

Target Outcomes

The services are designed with the goals of reducing biological age, delaying or preventing chronic diseases (diabetes, cardiovascular, and cognitive decline), improving strength, energy, vitality, physical performance, and overall healthspan. The clinic portrays itself as shifting from reactive disease care to proactive longevity care.
