AliveCor has launched KardiaACCESS, a 10-year initiative under the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services ACCESS Model, designed to provide clinician-guided, outcome-aligned care focused on blood pressure, blood sugar, and broader cardio-kidney-metabolic health.

The program, the company claims, is available to eligible Original Medicare Part B beneficiaries with no out-of-pocket cost and supplies connected devices, lifestyle coaching, virtual visits, and Kardia app membership.

KardiaACCESS is offered through Kardia Medical Group and is currently available in 48 states, with expansion to Arkansas and South Carolina planned.

The program includes two tracks: an early support track for hypertension, high cholesterol, prediabetes or overweight, and an established condition management track for Type 2 diabetes, chronic kidney disease or existing cardiovascular disease.

The American Heart Association estimates more than 70 percent of U.S. adults aged 60 to 79 live with cardiovascular disease, and CDC data indicate three in four U.S. adults have at least one chronic condition.

The company claims its technology has supported more than 6.4 million patients and recorded over 400 million ECGs.
