Amorepacific and Junevity have entered into a collaboration to develop next-generation cosmetic products aimed at skin rejuvenation.
The arrangement includes a strategic investment by Amorepacific Ventures in Junevity and a separate licensing agreement for cosmetic field applications.
Under the partnership, Junevity will apply its RESET Platform, which the company claims uses human disease omics, human genetic linkages and machine learning to identify transcription factor targets, to discover novel skin-aging pathways, while Amorepacific will lead development and commercialization of resulting cosmetic products.
The partners intend to discover and validate pathways suitable for cosmetic applications designed to reset and rejuvenate skin gene networks toward a healthier state.
The collaboration builds on research led by Junevity’s co-founder showing that modulating individual transcription factors can reverse hallmarks of cellular aging in human fibroblast models, work published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences in January 2026.
RM Global Partners LLC advised Amorepacific on the transaction.
