Biomarker testing, AI-powered health insights and elite-performance expertise will be on display in London this month.

Axo Longevity has been announced as an exhibitor for The Longevity Show 2026, bringing its data-driven approach to preventive health and longevity optimization to Tobacco Dock this June.

The company will showcase its preventive health platform on the exhibition floor, giving attendees the opportunity to explore how deep biomarker testing, wearable data and personalized health insights can be combined with the goal of eradicating preventable disease and getting your body and health to an optimal state.. Visitors will also be able to access live on-site testing alongside our world-class clinical team and the company’s founders to learn more about the company’s membership offering

Longevity.Technology: For decades, elite athletes have treated biomarkers, recovery metrics and physiological data as competitive advantages. The longevity sector is increasingly asking a different question: why should that level of insight be reserved for elite performers? As preventive healthcare continues its shift from reactive medicine to continuous monitoring, companies such as Axo Longevity are bringing tools once associated with professional sport into the broader healthspan conversation. Their participation at The Longevity Show reflects a wider trend within longevity – moving beyond the search for breakthrough interventions and toward a deeper understanding of the biological signals that shape long-term health.

Bringing sports science to healthspan

Founded with a mission to unlock healthspan and performance for humanity, Axo Longevity has developed what it describes as Europe’s first high-performance preventive health platform, combining clinical-grade diagnostics, longitudinal biomarker tracking and AI-powered health coaching powered by an optimized biomarker engine. The platform was developed by the founders Andrew McCarthy, Sergio Tang and Octavia Seymour, alongside a top tier clinical team, including Dr Niko Mihic (CMO) and Andy Walshe PhD, whose experience spans organizations including Real Madrid, Red Bull Performance, NASA, the NFL and the US Olympic teams.

At the core of the offering is a membership model built around comprehensive blood testing, with more than 100 biomarkers analyzed twice annually. These data are combined with a wearable-derived data layer and interpreted through Axo’s proprietary platform to generate personalized health blueprints, a proprietary health score, biological age assessments and ongoing health recommendations.

The approach reflects a broader shift taking place across preventive medicine. Rather than waiting for symptoms to emerge, an increasing number of longevity-focused companies are attempting to identify subtle changes in physiology earlier – transforming health data into actionable insights before problems become clinical realities.

An interactive experience

At The Longevity Show, Axo Longevity plans to bring that philosophy to life through a hands-on exhibition presence. The company will offer limited on-site testing appointments across both event days, giving attendees the opportunity to experience elements of its preventive health operating system, including the diagnostics process firsthand – with exclusive offerings and give-aways. The activation will also showcase the company’s AI health coach and biomarker platform, which integrates data across cardiovascular, hormonal, metabolic and immune health domains to create a more comprehensive picture of an individual’s health.

In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from Axo’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr Niko Mihic together with the Founder and CEO, Andrew McCarthy, who will appear on the Discovery Stage to discuss how founders, executives  and athletes, all considered high-performers, are struggling and how preventive diagnostics and proactive care  can be the solution in the future of disease reduction and optimal performance.

Carolyn Dawson, CEO of Founders Forum and Cofounder of The Longevity Show, welcomed the company’s participation.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Axo Longevity to The Longevity Show 2026,” she told Longevity.Technology. “Andrew and the team are doing genuinely exciting work – bringing clinically-led, precision diagnostics directly to consumers in a way that makes longevity science truly accessible. Their approach to preventative health is exactly what this event is about: giving people the tools and knowledge to take real ownership of their healthspan. We’re excited for the Axo Longevity team to share their expertise with both business and consumer attendees this June at Tobacco Dock.”

Meeting the longevity community

For Axo Longevity, participation in the inaugural Longevity Show represents an opportunity to engage directly with the growing community of consumers, clinicians, entrepreneurs and investors helping shape the future of healthy aging.

The company’s founding team sees the event as a natural meeting point for the people building the longevity ecosystem and those seeking practical ways to improve their long-term health.

“At Axo Longevity, we are so excited to take part in the first edition of The Longevity Show, the UK’s premier festival for individuals and organisations shaping the future of longevity,” a spokesperson said. “Being part of the Founders Forum community is an honour. Launching our brand in front of all these amazing entrepreneurs, investors, and incredible individuals of this family is like a dream.”
