BioAge will host an R&D Day webcast on 8 May 2026, from 12:30 to 2:00 PM Eastern Time to present Phase 1 clinical data for BGE-102 and the therapeutic rationale for advancing the oral NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor in atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease and retinal disease.

Management will be joined by four academic and clinical experts: Michael Davidson, MD, professor and director of the Lipid Clinic at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and CEO of NewAmsterdam Pharma; Brian Hafler, MD, PhD, associate professor of ophthalmology and visual science at Yale School of Medicine; David Boyer, MD, senior partner at Retina-Vitreous Associates Medical Group; and Matthias Geyer, PhD, professor of structural immunology at the University of Bonn. A live question-and-answer session will follow the presentations.

According to the company, BGE-102 is a potent, structurally novel, orally available NLRP3 inhibitor with potential best-in-class attributes, and the company reports that Phase 1 SAD/MAD data showed a well-tolerated profile with reductions in hsCRP and other inflammatory biomarkers.

The company anticipates Phase 2 cardiovascular proof-of-concept data in H2 2026 and Phase 1b/2a diabetic macular edema data in mid-2027. The webcast requires registration, and a recording will be posted in BioAge’s investor relations events section.
