C2N Diagnostics announced it has expanded into Japan through an exclusive distribution partnership with Mediford Corporation. According to the company, the agreement will introduce its Precivity-branded blood tests for Alzheimer’s disease to clinical research and brain health markets in Japan.
The company said the partnership includes distribution of the PrecivityAD and Precivity-related tests, which analyze blood biomarkers to assess brain amyloid status and other indicators associated with Alzheimer’s pathology. C2N Diagnostics claims these tests provide researchers and clinicians with non-invasive tools to support participant selection and monitoring in studies.
C2N Diagnostics also said the move aligns with its broader global strategy to make advanced blood-based diagnostics more accessible to research organizations, pharmaceutical sponsors and ultimately healthcare providers. The company claims the collaboration with Mediford will help address growing demand in Japan’s aging population and Alzheimer’s research community.
According to the company, its Precivity tests are already available for research use in the United States, Canada, European Union and select international markets. C2N Diagnostics claims expanding into Japan is part of its plan to establish a presence across key global regions focused on neurodegenerative disease research.
