C2N Diagnostics announced it has received a follow-on investment from GHR Foundation to support its work in developing blood-based diagnostics for Alzheimer’s disease. According to the company, the funding builds on earlier support from the foundation aimed at improving detection and monitoring of neurodegenerative conditions.

The company said the investment will help expand its Precivity blood test portfolio, designed to assess amyloid pathology and other biomarkers linked to Alzheimer’s disease. C2N Diagnostics claims its Precivity tests are intended to provide accessible, non-invasive tools to aid in earlier and more accurate clinical decision-making.

C2N Diagnostics also said the funding will be used to accelerate research, regulatory, and commercialization efforts. The company claims its platform combines mass spectrometry and advanced data analytics to quantify key biomarkers in blood samples.

According to the company, the broader goal is to transform patient care by enabling physicians to detect Alzheimer’s pathology before significant cognitive decline occurs. C2N Diagnostics claims its work could also support drug development by identifying suitable trial participants and tracking treatment response.

The company said it remains focused on collaborating with research institutions, healthcare providers, and industry partners to advance the adoption of blood-based diagnostics in clinical and research settings.
