On 17 Sept. 2026, CND Life Sciences opened an Innovation Laboratory in Scottsdale and marked the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The facility, located near the company’s headquarters and central laboratory operations, is described as complementing CND’s existing infrastructure and supporting long-term growth by advancing priority research, innovation and product development.
Separate from CND’s CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited and CLEP-permitted clinical laboratory operations, the Innovation Laboratory will provide dedicated space for assay development, biomarker research, technology evaluation and translational research programs.
The laboratory will begin operations next week. CND operates a CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited and CLEP-permitted laboratory in Scottsdale and offers the Syn-One Test as a laboratory-developed test to aid clinicians in evaluating suspected synucleinopathies; Syn-One detects phosphorylated alpha-synuclein in cutaneous nerves and measures peripheral nerve degeneration, and more than 3,500 clinicians have used the test in the diagnostic evaluation of more than 70,000 patients.
