Cumulus Neuroscience presented three posters at the ISCTM 2026 Autumn Conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Two studies were conducted in collaboration with a top 20 pharmaceutical company and academic partners, and a third poster was an encore presentation of work first shown at the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference on 15 July 2026.
Interim data, according to the company, showed high adherence and usability for remote, multimodal brain monitoring in borderline personality disorder and therapy-resistant depression, and showed that a two-minute digital cognitive task performed comparably to clinical benchmarks for Alzheimer’s trial pre-enrichment.
The posters addressed whether patients across different central nervous system indications will engage with high-frequency digital measurement and whether resulting data are sufficient to change trial design.
The company claims its NeuLogiq platform was developed with 10 biopharma partners to generate objective, clinical-quality data through frequent digital measurements collected in clinic or at home and to enable decentralized trials.
