Deep Longevity will launch Accrua, a consumer digital health and telehealth platform, in the United States in October 2026 and make the service available across all 50 US states.
The platform centers on the company’s AI-generated BloodAge report, which uses a routine blood test to estimate biological age and will anchor personalised, clinician-guided treatment plans that include GLP-1 weight-loss therapies, peptides, hormone replacement and testosterone treatments.
BloodAge will be re-measured quarterly so users and their clinicians can track progress against an objective measure of biological aging.
Accrua is presented as a direct-to-consumer extension of Deep Longevity’s SenoClock aging-clock technology and is structured to scale nationally through established telehealth partners, independent licensed physicians and pharmacy and compounding partners while operating on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure; revenue is expected to be largely subscription-based and recurring.
The release also cites a peer-reviewed study (Goshen et al., Aging and Disease, 2026) linking biological age gaps to mortality risk and notes that adjacent consumer telehealth platforms have achieved substantial revenue, illustrating market scale.
