NeuroCalm Peptide combines Lactium, a milk-derived bioactive peptide, with heat-treated lactobacillus gasseri CP2305. The company claims Lactium has been clinically studied to reduce perceived stress, support the relaxation response, promote healthy sleep quality and help maintain normal cortisol during acute stress.
The company cites clinical research suggesting CP2305 supports emotional balance, promotes a healthy gut microbiome and may reduce mild stress and occasional anxiety, noting an approximately 30 percent reduction in salivary cortisol observed in published research.
NeuroCalm Peptide is available on the Designs for Health website. The company notes these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
