Diathrive Health and AliveCor’s KardiaComplete announced a strategic partnership to deliver a more comprehensive approach to cardiometabolic care for employers.
The collaboration will align Diathrive Health’s diabetes management platform, which provides unlimited testing supplies, personalized guidance from clinically trained health advisors, and real-time data insights, with KardiaComplete’s FDA-cleared medical-grade EKG devices and virtual heart health programs to detect and manage atrial fibrillation and hypertension.
The initial focus is the employer market, where the organizations will coordinate sales, implementation and member-engagement strategies to offer integrated chronic condition management.
Diathrive Health also offers a GLP-1 weight loss management pathway with physician oversight, and the company claims its diabetes solution can reduce diabetes-related plan spend by up to 85%.
AliveCor has recorded more than 350 million ECGs and positions its Kardia devices as highly validated personal ECGs, according to the company.
The partnership is designed to give employers a coordinated option for addressing the overlap between type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
