Eisai will present more than 50 Alzheimer’s disease abstracts and sessions at the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference 2026, held 12–15 July in London and online.

The program highlights the company’s lecanemab program (brand name LEQEMBI), including data on a subcutaneous formulation, real-world analyses from the multicenter LEADER study with three-year updates, and maintenance-dosing research.

Eisai will also present work on etalanetug (E2814), an anti-MTBR tau antibody, including pharmacodynamic and assay development findings. Biomarker-focused presentations include blood-based diagnostic adoption, evolving diagnostic pathways, and a novel CSF eMTBR-tau243 immunoassay tied to etalanetug pharmacodynamics.

Poster topics span real-world safety and outcomes, patient experience with subcutaneous administration, economic analyses of delayed disease progression with lecanemab, and practical considerations for biomarker use.

An Eisai-sponsored symposium on 14 July will focus on early intervention from pathology to practice and is intended for healthcare professionals only.

The company frames the breadth of presentations as a cross-continuum portfolio update encompassing therapeutic targets, administration modes, clinical outcomes, and diagnostic advances.
