Elitra Health announced on 20 March 2026 that it has launched a concierge primary care program and is accepting applications. The offering builds on the firm’s longevity and preventive medicine work; the company says it has performed more than 5,000 Executive Exams annually since 2016 and is a leading provider on the East Coast.
The membership model provides 24/7 physician cell phone access, same-day virtual or in-person appointments, extended consultations, personalized preventive and wellness planning, coordination with specialists, advanced diagnostics and health monitoring and access to Elitra Health’s longevity clinic and comprehensive Executive Exams.
The company limits physician-patient panels to 35 patients per physician to support continuity and deeper relationships. Elitra Health frames the program as an integrated alternative to high-volume health systems, with a full-time in-house clinical team that synthesizes patient care and seeks expedited access to hospitals and specialists when care extends beyond the practice, according to the company.
