Function has integrated its health platform with Meta’s Muse, enabling members to connect personal health information to the new AI agent securely.
Muse joins ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity in Function’s network of AI connectors, giving members the ability to bring personal health data into the AI experiences they choose to use.
The company claims Muse can use a member’s Function insights as personal context to help them understand their health, build and adapt plans around goals, track progress and follow through over time while members remain in control of their data.
Members authorize the connection from inside Meta using existing account controls and, once connected, Muse can draw on lab results and clinician-reviewed summaries to inform goals and tasks.
The company claims practical uses include comparing a lab result to a member’s optimal range, building or adjusting a plan toward a health goal using a member’s Function insights as context, and flagging when it is time to schedule a member’s next Function lab visit.
The Function health connector will roll out in the coming weeks. The company claims Function provides access to more than 160 lab tests, including biannual testing for $365 per year and offers MRI and CT as additional services.
Function’s mission is to enable everyone to live 100 healthy years and its Medical Intelligence Lab leverages a clinical team to develop a continuous learning system that helps members see, understand and act on their biology over time.
