Garm LLC, doing business as Longevity Advanced, unveiled an expanded longevity therapies platform on 20 March 2026, in Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras. The platform features non-permanent plasmid gene therapies that now include Klotho alongside follistatin and VEGF.

The initiative is led by U.S. board-certified orthopedic surgeon Glenn C. Terry, M.D., and is based at Garm Clinic in Roatan’s designated economic zone.

Following earlier deployments of follistatin, Garm added Klotho, intended to target mitochondrial, cellular and organ function and to address age-related decline; the company claims the therapy aims to suppress inflammation, reduce oxidative stress, protect against fibrosis and promote mineral metabolism and insulin sensitivity to counter metabolic aging.

Garm also promotes VEGF plasmid therapy, which it says has been offered for over two years and has been used to treat more than 30,000 patients worldwide for critical limb ischemia. The platform is presented to attract patients seeking personalized longevity protocols without permanent genetic alteration.
