Genflow has secured fast-track US examination for a foundational longevity patent, according to the company.
The filing relates to variants of the SIRT6 gene and follows the international PCT publication WO 2026/062177 A1 that expands protection into muscular disease indications including frailty and sarcopenia, according to the company.
The company claims the prioritised US review will accelerate potential grant of US rights and strengthen its intellectual property position to support development and partnering of its SIRT6-based gene therapy platform.
Genflow has previously advanced its patent family across multiple jurisdictions as part of a strategy to build layered protection around its longevity and metabolic programmes.
