Genflow Biosciences reported that shareholders approved all resolutions at its annual general meeting in London on 29 June 2026.

The meeting reappointed PKF Littlejohn LLP as auditors and re-elected directors Gad Berdugo, Dr Eric Leire, Tamara Joseph, Dr Yassine Bendiabdallah and Guy-Charles Fanneau De La Horie.

Shareholders approved the adoption of a share option scheme and authorised directors to allot shares for scheme options (up to 14.34%) and to allot shares generally (up to 33%). Resolutions to disapply statutory pre-emption rights in respect of both allotments were also passed. Vote tallies showed strong majority support, with approval rates reported at about 99.9% for director and auditor items and around 98.8% for the share scheme and allotment authorisations, the company said.

Genflow describes itself as pioneering gene therapies for age-related diseases and lists GF-1002 as its lead compound; the company claims promising preclinical results and says a proof-of-concept clinical trial in aged dogs began in March 2025. The company also identifies a planned clinical trial to explore GF-1002 in treating MASH.
