Infinite Epigenetics completed an asset purchase of Tally Health, a consumer-focused biotechnology business that offers epigenetic testing and personalized longevity interventions.
The transaction, described by the company as the largest in epigenetic age testing, brings together advanced diagnostics, proprietary datasets and consumer-facing supplements and recommendations.
Tally Health will continue to operate as a standalone consumer brand; Melanie Goldey will remain CEO of Tally Health, and Dr Matthew Dawson will continue as CEO of Infinite Epigenetics and its subsidiary TruDiagnostic.
The acquisition combines Infinite Epigenetics’ CLIA-certified laboratory, TruAge and TruHealth testing platforms and more than 115 research partnerships with Tally Health’s TallyAge at-home cheek swab test, science-backed supplements and proprietary intellectual property and DNA methylation models.
Co-founders of Tally Health include Dr David Sinclair and Whitney Casey, and the business was seeded by L Catterton. Infinite Epigenetics says the deal is intended to accelerate product innovation, broaden consumer access and deepen integration of epigenetic diagnostics with personalized interventions.
