Insilico Medicine launched the Drug Discovery and Development (DDD) Benchmark as a Service, a standardized evaluation framework anchored in decontaminated real-world data and proprietary validated programs.
The DDD Benchmark comprises two complementary suites: Drug Discovery Foundations, which includes more than 300 evaluations built from proprietary out-of-distribution test sets and rigorously decontaminated public data, and Drug Candidate Essentials, which evaluates end-to-end decision-making from hit identification through preclinical candidate nomination, the company says.
The service is available to any organization developing frontier AI or leveraging foundation models; models served through a standard chat-completions API can be evaluated, with outputs scored against expert reference baselines and delivered with a verified score report and an optional public leaderboard for like-for-like comparisons.
The company claims it has nominated 31 preclinical candidates, secured more than 10 investigational new drug clearances, shortened time to preclinical candidate nomination to roughly 12 to 18 months, and is advancing Rentosertib (ISM001-055) into Phase III development.
The DDD Benchmark as a Service is available now.
