Junevity will present new data at the American Aging Association annual meeting on 3 June 2026, in Provo, Utah, with co-founder and chief scientific officer Dr Janine Sengstack delivering an oral presentation at 3:45 p.m. MDT.
The presentation will include the first in vivo data demonstrating that an siRNA therapeutic can restore global gene networks to a healthier state, reporting a GalNAc liver-targeted siRNA that resets gene networks in diabetic mice.
The company claims its lead candidate shows durable knockdown of a transcription factor target and reported no safety signals in high-dose toxicology studies in rats and non-human primates.
Junevity also highlights its RESET Platform, which the company says uses human disease omics, genetic linkages and ML/AI and leverages over a billion RNA-seq data points to identify targets for cardiometabolism and neurodegeneration programs.
The company has entered a Catalyze Agreement with Lilly ExploR&D to support the discovery of siRNA targets for Parkinson’s disease and notes a January 2026 peer-reviewed publication by Dr. Sengstack in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences that underpins its approach.
Junevity was founded out of UCSF in 2023 and is based in San Francisco.
