METiS TechBio has granted Boulevard Bio an exclusive global license to develop, manufacture and commercialize MTS-128, a trispecific T-cell engager, under an agreement announced on 30 June 2026.

METiS will receive a $20 million upfront payment and is eligible for up to $1.6 billion in development, regulatory and commercial milestone payments, plus tiered royalties on product sales. Boulevard Bio is backed by Deerfield Management and will hold worldwide rights to the program.

METiS describes MTS-128 as a next-generation trispecific T-cell engager engineered through its NanoForge AI-driven platform, and the company claims NanoForge integrates AI protein design, delivery system engineering and therapeutic development to accelerate discovery and optimization.

The company claims NanoForge powers four core solution engines, AiLNP, AiRNA, AiProtein and AiTEM, and frames the transaction as a step toward commercializing AI-enabled drug delivery.

METiS was listed on the Hong Kong exchange on 13 May 2026. The agreement transfers development and commercialization responsibilities to Boulevard while allowing METiS to realize near-term cash and potential milestone value.
