NeuroSense announced that it will participate in a Roth Capital Partners key opinion leader webinar titled A Quest to Outrun Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, scheduled for 8 July 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
The session will be hosted by Boobalan Pachaiyappan of Roth and feature Professor Jeremy Shefner and NeuroSense chief executive Alon Ben-Noon, with discussion focused on the current treatment landscape, persistent unmet needs and clinical trial endpoint design.
According to the company, the webinar will also examine how PrimeC is positioned mechanistically and clinically against the current standard of care and what the pivotal Phase 3 PARAGON study will aim to demonstrate on a path toward potential U.S. Food and Drug Administration accelerated approval.
PrimeC is an extended-release oral fixed-dose combination of ciprofloxacin and celecoxib intended to target neuroinflammation, oxidative stress and dysregulated iron metabolism.
Phase 2b PARADIGM data showed meaningful slowing of disease progression, significant biomarker activity including microRNAs, and long-term follow-up indicated a meaningful survival benefit.
The company has received FDA clearance to initiate the PARAGON Phase 3 trial, which is expected to enroll approximately 300 participants primarily in the United States.
