NeuroXT announced the completion of an initial research collaboration with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and has signed a new agreement to extend joint studies into AI-driven precision treatment for Alzheimer’s disease.
The initial collaboration, announced in August 2024, focused on validating NeuroXT’s MRI-based AI technology for estimating Alzheimer’s PET biomarkers.
Under the expanded agreement, researchers will analyze data from BIDMC patients who have received Alzheimer’s therapies for more than one year to assess the clinical utility of NeuroXT’s imaging biomarkers. NeuroXT also participated in a BIDMC symposium in October 2025 on new biomarkers in early Alzheimer’s disease.
The collaboration will continue under the leadership of Dr. Daniel Press and Dr. Chun Lim at BIDMC. According to the company, NeuroXT focuses on AI-driven neuroimaging biomarkers designed to predict individual treatment responses, and the company claims the expanded work aims to accelerate translation of its MRI-based tools into clinical practice.
