Eisai outlined new and expanded clinical data for LENVIMA (lenvatinib) to be presented at ASCO 2026, according to the company.
Key presentations include a real-world comparison of first-line lenvatinib versus dabrafenib plus trametinib in BRAF-mutated differentiated thyroid cancer (Abstract #6052, 30 May); an analysis of efficacy outcomes by patterns of progression from the phase 3 CLEAR trial of lenvatinib plus pembrolizumab in advanced renal cell carcinoma (Abstract #4527, 31 May); and an online publication of phase 1 analyses of E7386 addressing cardiac safety (Abstract #E24005).
Additional lenvatinib-related data sponsored by Merck include final biomarker-directed results from KEYNOTE-495 (Abstract #8584, May 31) and KEYNOTE-365 cohorts F and H (Abstract #5055, 31 May).
