HeartSciences launched MyoVista Insights version 1.3 on June 2, 2026, adding an AI-ECG Algorithm Marketplace that integrates third-party algorithm results into its platform.
According to the company, the marketplace debuts with Bunkerhill Health’s FDA-cleared ECG-EF model, which detects reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF ≤40%) from a routine 12-lead ECG and represents the first cleared AI-ECG algorithm available through MyoVista Insights.
The company says the integration makes the ECG-EF algorithm accessible to healthcare facilities of every size, from large integrated systems to community hospitals, critical access hospitals, and primary care practices. HeartSciences positions the marketplace as a commercial pathway for AI-ECG developers to reach clinical users via a recurring SaaS revenue model and is in active discussions to add additional third-party cleared algorithms in the coming quarters.
The announcement notes that assessments performed with assistive AI-ECG algorithms are eligible for Medicare reimbursement under the Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (APC 5734) at an approximate national payment rate of $136 per assessment for 2026.
MyoVista Insights is described as a cloud-native, device-agnostic ECG management system with Epic Toolbox designation and support for HL7v2, single sign-on, and SMART on FHIR.
