NkGen Biotech will present on troculeucel at the 4th Great Bay Cell and Gene Therapy Forum in Guangzhou, China, 22-23 September 2026.
NkGen Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Paul Y. Song, M.D., is scheduled to present on 23 September 2026 at 9:35 to 10:00 a.m. China Standard Time (9:35 to 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time on 22 September) in Ballroom A on the Next Gen Cell Therapy Track 3 focused on autoimmunity and universal cell therapy.
The presentation will examine troculeucel’s proposed mechanism of action, changes observed in neuroinflammatory and protein biomarkers in cerebrospinal fluid, and clinical experience in patients with Alzheimer’s disease, and will identify Parkinson’s disease and frontotemporal dementia as potential areas for further evaluation.
The company describes troculeucel as a novel, patient-specific, ex vivo expanded autologous natural killer cell immunotherapeutic candidate and the company claims the World Health Organization has assigned troculeucel as the international nonproprietary name for SNK01, which the company claims is a significant step toward bringing the therapy to market.
