ŌURA introduced Oura Ring 5, a smart ring that is 40 percent smaller than the prior generation and crafted from lightweight, non-allergenic titanium, with week-long battery life and redesigned sensors the company claims improve accuracy across finger types and skin tones.
The device pairs hardware changes with new software experiences, including live activity tracking, health radar with Blood Pressure Signals and nighttime breathing monitoring, GLP-1 Insights for metabolic medication self-management, and expanded Health Records to combine clinical data with daily biometrics.
ŌURA also announced a portable charging case that stores one month of battery and supports wireless charging.
Oura Ring 5 is available for global pre-order and will begin shipping on June 4, 2026, according to the company. Pricing starts at $399 for base finishes and $499 for premium finishes; the charging case is $99, and membership is $5.99 per month or $69.99 per year.
The company says health radar features will roll out to members in the United States, India and the United Arab Emirates in June 2026, and that some care features will launch through partners including ResMed and Counsel Health.
ŌURA highlighted new privacy controls such as time-based data deletion.
