Amway Korea’s myWellness LAB combines AI and personal health data to help users live healthier, longer lives.

In our health, most of us focus on short-term fixes: the diet fad of the month, a quick fitness challenge or that annual check-up that leaves us more confused than enlightened. But what if we could step back and look at the bigger picture – our rate of aging, not just our age in years?

That’s exactly what Amway Korea is tackling with its newly launched myWellness LAB, a personalized nutrition platform designed to help people live longer and healthier. The platform is about understanding how your body works as a system, and giving you actionable steps to support your health now and decades into the future.

Not all aging is the same. That is the simple but powerful idea of myWellness LAB. The platform measures your rate of aging using three key indicators:

  • Cellular aging – how resilient your cells are over time
  • Metabolic efficiency – how well your body turns food into energy
  • Muscle balance – your strength, stability, and physical fitness

It takes this data from routine health check-ups, body composition tests and lifestyle questionnaires, then compares it with your actual age. The result? A composite aging score that helps you see not just where you are, but where you could be.

“The rate of aging is reflected in differences in oxidative stress levels, metabolic capacity and physical fitness, all of which are influenced by lifestyle factors such as diet, physical activity and sleep patterns,” an Amway Korea spokesperson told NutraIngredients [1].

In other words, it’s not about being perfect; it’s about knowing where your body needs support so you can make smarter choices every day.

What sets myWellness LAB apart is its “human physiological network” approach. Instead of treating each health metric in isolation, it looks at how your body’s organs, tissues, and lifestyle factors interact.

The spokesperson explained that instead of merely reporting high blood glucose levels, the platform demonstrates how a user’s current glucose status correlates with antioxidant capacity, liver health, body fat regulation, and exercise performance over time [1].

If antioxidant management is a priority, the platform will suggest nutrients such as vitamin C, selenium, or acerola concentrate, along with practical guidance for meals, workouts and sleep routines tailored to you.

South Korea is uniquely positioned for this kind of innovation. Annual health check-ups are routine, and body composition data is often collected in hospitals, gyms and community centers.

Users can input and share their health data without the need for additional complex testing or extra costs. myWellness LAB integrates these data points to provide a multidimensional analysis of an individual’s health and lifestyle, making personalized healthspan management more accessible and convenient.

AI then compares your data with large-scale Korean population datasets collected over more than a decade, showing how you rank among peers of the same age and gender and what steps could make the biggest difference to your health trajectory.

myWellness LAB isn’t Amway Korea’s first foray into personalization. The company previously focused on gut health, using microbiome data to tailor nutrition [2]. But this new platform takes things further, expanding from a single organ to whole-body aging management.

“If ‘myLAB Microbiome’ centered on gut health, the newly launched healthspan-focused platform can be seen as a natural evolution toward whole-body health and aging management,” the spokesperson said.

It’s a step toward personalized, preventive care, helping people make daily choices that support long-term health, rather than waiting for problems to appear.

According to Amway Korea CEO Shin Eun-ja, while the focus of healthcare is shifting toward prevention and personalization, a large portion of the public still limits their health management to merely checking their medical reports.

“myWellness LAB will present new standards in the personalized healthcare market as a platform that understands individual health conditions more elaborately and suggests practical changes based on scientific evidence,” she said [3].

In other words, longevity is now redefined as living well, with insight, choice and guidance tailored to your own body. With myWellness LAB, Amway Korea is turning that idea into something actionable and personal. For anyone curious about what it means to take control of their own aging journey, this platform might just be the first step.
