ProMIS Neurosciences presented two scientific posters at the Alzheimer’s & Parkinson’s Diseases (AD/PD) 2026 conference in Copenhagen, Denmark, held 17-21 March 2026.
Both presentations were scheduled for 20 March 20 2026, where Neil Cashman presented a symposium paper on a rationally designed vaccine targeting a pathogenic TDP-43 epitope for TDP-43 proteinopathies, and Johanne Kaplan presented a symposium paper reporting that vaccination with conformational epitopes derived from computational modeling elicits an active antibody response selective for toxic alpha-synuclein species.
The posters highlighted ongoing research tied to ProMIS’s proprietary EpiSelect discovery platform and its approach to selectively target toxic misfolded proteins.
The company also reiterated ProMIS’s lead Alzheimer’s candidate PMN310, noting its U.S. FDA Fast Track designation in July 2025 and the ongoing PRECISE-AD Phase 1b study to evaluate safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics in patients with mild cognitive impairment due to AD and mild AD. The company claims its EpiSelect engine can predict disease-specific epitopes and that vaccine and antibody approaches have produced selective preclinical responses.
