Recursion Pharmaceuticals faces persistent financial and pipeline challenges despite collaborations with major drugmakers. The company reports partnerships with Genentech/Roche and Sanofi that have generated more than $500 million in milestone payments, according to the company.

Its internal program REC-4881 for familial adenomatous polyposis requires additional clinical data and is unlikely to generate meaningful revenue before 2030, the company claims.

Ongoing cash burn, the risk of shareholder dilution and rising operating expenses are overshadowing modest progress in the pipeline and in external collaborations. Those factors have kept the stock trading in a range-bound pattern while investors await clearer clinical readouts or improved financial metrics.
