RevGenetics launched DiBerberine 300x, an enteric-coated dihydroberberine supplement designed to improve berberine bioavailability. The product combines enteric capsule technology, a 500 mg DiBerberine proprietary blend per capsule, and RGBooster1, a patent-pending flavonoid complex (U.S. App. No. 63/837,080), as a triple-action protocol.
The company claims the formulation targets two barriers to berberine absorption: stomach acid degradation and P-glycoprotein efflux. According to the company, a 2022 study showed a 100 mg dose of DHB produced about 6.7 times greater plasma exposure than 500 mg of standard berberine HCl, and internal assays indicate the Sophora japonica extract in RGBooster1 is up to 300 times more potent than piperine at modulating P-gp.
Manufactured in the United States in a cGMP-certified, third-party-tested facility, DiBerberine 300x is sold as a 30-day supply for $44.95 and is available directly from RevGenetics.
