Scribe Therapeutics will present engineered CRISPR platform advances and lead cardiometabolic programs at the 29th ASGCT Annual Meeting in Boston, 11-15 May, and at the 94th EAS Congress in Athens, 24-27 May 2026, the company announced.
At ASGCT, Scribe is scheduled to deliver two oral presentations and a workshop featuring its Epigenetic Long-Term X-Repressor (ELXR) and X-Editor (XE) technologies and DeepXE, an AI-enabled CRISPR design platform for predicting guide potency; sessions are scheduled for 11 May and 15 May.
The data demonstrate its ability to engineer CRISPR systems with enhanced specificity and potency, and notes that the ELXR presentation will draw on recently published work describing the platform’s engineering and mechanism.
At EAS, Scribe will present late-breaking preclinical data for STX-1150, a liver-targeted, epigenetic PCSK9-silencing therapy that the company reports provides durable LDL-C control after a single dose and is designed to reduce LDL-C without inducing permanent DNA changes.
Scribe’s strategic collaborations with Sanofi and Eli Lilly. The firm was co-founded by Jennifer Doudna as it advances cardiometabolic-focused in vivo CRISPR programs.
