Ultrahuman launched the HealthEx PowerPlug, a new feature that links members’ medical records with continuous biomarkers from the Ultrahuman Ring.
The PowerPlug maps 532 conditions, medications and procedures from electronic medical records into the Ultrahuman app, the company claims, and places ring markers such as resting heart rate, heart rate variability, skin temperature and deep sleep on the same timeline as diagnoses and treatments.
The feature identifies missed follow-ups, generates a doctor-ready visit summary tied to wearable data and flags tests and questions to raise with clinicians.
After identity verification, HealthEx locates records nationwide through the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement.
The PowerPlug is rolling out in the United States and is available for $4.99 per month or $45.99 per year, while HealthEx Wallet remains free.
According to the company, the PowerPlug is a general wellness feature, not a medical device, and the company claims neither Ultrahuman nor HealthEx sells member health data, uses it for advertising, or uses it to train AI models.
The company says deeper integration with other Ultrahuman PowerPlugs is coming soon.
