Voyager will present eight oral and poster presentations at the American Society of Gene & Cell Therapy annual meeting in Boston, May 11 to 15, 2026, including a late-breaking oral presentation on May 13 that features VY1706, an IV-delivered, CNS-penetrant AAV tau-silencing gene therapy for Alzheimer’s disease.

The company anticipates submitting an investigational new drug application in Q2 2026 to support projected first-in-human dosing in the second half of 2026.

Voyager states the late-breaker will report three-month GLP toxicology data in non-human primates and that intravenous delivery of VY1706 demonstrated what the company describes as compelling pharmacology and safety.

Additional presentations will detail TRACER capsid innovations, including muscular and neuromuscular targeting, strategies to evade pre-existing neutralizing antibodies, use of artificial intelligence to design capsids, and manufacturing and developability advances such as stable cell lines, affinity chromatography capture methods, and an optimized transfection platform. Presentation materials will be posted on Voyager’s website.
