Immorta Bio published a peer-reviewed Perspective article in the Journal of Translational Medicine, developed with Theriome Inc. and the American Board of Precision Medicine.

The article outlines a practical framework to operationalize Predictive, Preventive, Personalized, and Participatory (P4) Medicine by integrating multi-omics, artificial intelligence, digital twins, and blockchain into a continuously learning clinical ecosystem.

As a proof of concept, the publication presents exploratory metabolomic data from more than 2,000 individuals and identifies nine metabolites that the authors report change consistently with age.

The Perspective highlights the collaborators’ complementary strengths and notes alignment with Immorta Bio’s strategy to combine AI, computational biology, and multi-omics in the development of SenoVax, an AI-enabled senolytic peptide immunotherapy platform, and StemCellRevivify, a regenerative cell therapy platform.

The company claims these technologies can accelerate therapeutic development and enable dynamic biomarkers to monitor biological aging and therapeutic response in real time.
